Additionally, if you don’t have a service plan, we offer percall maintenance services as well. If your machine isn’t from Bayne’s, you can still rely on us for service. We provide maintenance plans for copiers exclusively, but we also offer a per-call service rate for printers and timeclocks. Regardless of whether you bought or leased your machine from Bayne’s, you can reach out to us for maintenance and repairs. Even if you have a different brand apart from Sharp and Kyocera, we are more than willing to assess your situation and provide any assistance we can. If we are unable to perform a repair or obtain the necessary parts, we will inform you right away. 

What’s included in a service and maintenance plan? 

At Bayne’s, we believe in providing exceptional value and peace of mind for our customers. All our service plans cover everything you need, including parts, labor and supplies – yes, even toner! The only excluded item is staples if your chosen machine includes stapling functionality.  

Types of Service Plans 

Our tiered plans are designed to accommodate different usage levels. Whether you require 1,000, 2,000 or 3,000 black and white copies/prints per month, we have a plan for you. Should your volume exceed 3,000 copies/prints per month, we can seamlessly transition you to our cost per copy plan, where you only pay for what you use. For color copies/prints, we offer a flat rate across all plans, ensuring transparency and cost efficiency. With our diligent monitoring, we keep a close eye on your account and will reach out to you if there are any significant changes in your usage. If your volume consistently increases, we’ll suggest upgrading to the next plan to avoid overage charges. If your volume decreases, we’ll recommend a more cost-effective plan, ensuring you always have the most suitable and economical option.

Tier 1 Plans

includes 1,000 b/w copies/prints per month

Tier 2 Plans

includes 2,000 b/w copies/prints per month 

Tier 3 Plans

includes 3,000 b/w copies/prints per month

Cost/Copy Plans

Plan 1

for volumes of 36,000 – 60,000 black/white copies/prints per year (4,000-5,000/mo) 

Plan 2

for volumes of 60,000 – 100,000 black/white copies/prints per year (5,000-10,000/mo) 

Plan 3

for volumes of 100,000 or more black/white copies per year (10,000 or more/mo) 

Per-Call Rate

If you don’t opt for a service plan, we still offer copier repair and maintenance on an as-needed basis.  

$110/hr within a 30-mile radius.  A trip charge will be added if outside the 30-mile radius. 

Service for Other Equipment – Printers & Timeclocks 

Service rate:  $95/hr   

Am I required to choose a service plan with my lease or purchase? 

While our service plans provide exceptional value, we understand you may not desire a service and maintenance contract. If you prefer a per-call service option, we are more than happy to assist you with any maintenance or repairs your machine may require. Our dedicated team will promptly address your concerns and provide top-notch service at a competitive rate.
