Frequently Asked Questions

What do the Maintenance Plans cover?

All plans include parts, labor and supplies, including toner. View our Maintenance Plans and choose one based on your expected usage.

Am I required to have a Maintenance Plan?

We do not require you to have a maintenance plan. If you aren’t on a plan, we offer per-call options if your machine needs service.

Do you have financing options?

Yes. We offer leasing options  and rental programs for select machines that can be customized to your needs.

What kind of warranty do you offer on off-lease machines?

If you do not put the machine under one of our monthly Maintenance Plans – we offer a 30 day warranty. If you do utilize any of our monthly Maintenance Plans the machine is covered from day one…parts, labor and supplies!

What is the difference/biggest benefit to a $1 buyout lease versus the Fair Market Value?

With the $1 buyout, at the end of the lease term you pay $1 (one dollar) and OWN the machine. With the FMV, at the end of the lease term you either turn the machine in or pay Fair Market Value at that time to keep it. If you are buying the equipment with the intentions of keeping it long term, we recommend the $1 buyout. If you want to stay up-to-date with the latest technology and upgrade every few years, then we recommend the FMV plan.

Can I print wirelessly to my copier?

Most newer models do offer wireless printing as a feature. However, our experience has been it works best to hard wire the actual copier into the network and then can print wireless from a phone, laptop, etc.

How much do you charge for scans?

We do NOT charge for scans, they are FREE!

Is there a way to monitor the number of copies/prints that we make?

On the newer models you do have the ability to closely monitor copy/print usage. Most newer model copiers offer User Control Options where users can be assigned codes to enter before printing/copying and then a report can be obtained to show how many copies/prints each user has made. Another option is to limit the number of copies/prints each user can make – this can be done on most newer models as well.
